Design of biomass boiler, MSW gasification system

1.Traditional SCR Projects: EPC projects: CPV Towantic Energy Center (GE gas turbine, CMI HRSG); Moxie Freedom Energy Center (GE gas turbine, CMI HRSG); Panda – Sunbury Energy Center (Siemens gas turbine,NEM HRSG); in charge of process design: system pressure drop calculation (use ABZ), fan selection, vaporizer sizing, sizing and selection of nozzles for vaporize, pipe list, valve list and so on.2. Direct Injection SCR Projects: Jingfeng Power Plant (410MW) tuning and troubleshooting; bidding document design for ShenZhen Dongbu Power Plant (390MW), in charge of process calculation and design, catalyst type selection, catalyst install location selection.3. LNB Projects: Huanneng Shandong Linyi #3,#5,#6,#7; Huaneng Yantai #5 coal-firing boiler LNB retrofit, in charge of process design, calculate SOFA elevation, flow rate and nozzle size, resize burner nozzles.4. SNCR Projects: Zhejiang Juhua #6 SNCR modification proposal and basic design, calculate SNCR elevationand layout. 5. Project Tuning: LNB tuning and analysis of Shajiao A#2,#3 boiler; Wushihua #3,#4,#5 boiler; Huanneng Shandong Linyi #3,#5,#6,#7 boiler; Huaneng Yantai #5 boiler, Huaneng Huangtai #8 boiler.6. Chemical Projects: Coal pyrolysis process Aspen simulation, contain model build, design specification,calculator design, PFD and P&ID design and drawing

Mainly responsible for process design of coal pyrolysis gas product purification, this process contain below sections: quench, preliminary cooling, remove tar, increase the pressure, remove NH3, Ultimate Cooling, remove benzene, remove H2S. Process design mainly contain below steps (each step need cooperate with equipment, instrument, structure, storage, electric, utilities engineer and so on):1. Feasibility Study Report: Finish PFD (get material and energy balance), layout Drawings.2. Foundation design: finish P&ID, layout and plan and cross-sectional layout drawings, and give other engineers the conditions Table. Finally, get a design specification summary by each professional person in charge.3. Detailed design: finish piping isometric and layout drawings.Mainly Work:Jiangsu Yancheng 50,000 t/y waste type pyrolysis carbonization. This project include feasibility report, basicdesign and detailed design. In charge of gas/oil separation and oil storage process and pipe design.Mainly Projects:1. Jiangsu Yancheng distillation of waste tires: finish PFD (get material and energy balance). P&ID, equipment arrangement layout and section layout drawings, piping isometric and layout drawings and give other engineers the conditions Table. Finally, get a design specification summary by each professional person in charge.2. Feasibility report of LuAn 1,000,000 t/d, DongWu 600,000 t/d coal pyrolysis. Got Mass balance and Energy balance by using Aspen Plus simulation.3.Process design of incinerator for 60000 t / y needle coke project from Japan.
