  Assisted the researcher in collecting and organizing data on clinical and sales of innovative drugs, and in the process built up a certain understanding of drug development and commercialization in the fields of anti-cancer and anesthesia, and improved the ability of information retrieval to a large extent; participated in research on various well-known bio-pharmaceutical companies, and co-authored an in-depth research report on a well-known H-share listed bio-pharmaceutical company with team members under the guidance of the researcher, and independently completed several company reviews, gaining a certain understanding of the current development and competitive landscape of the industry, gradually learning how to obtain effective information and form personal opinions from the financial statements and daily announcements of each company, and acquiring the ability to skillfully write reports and produce drafts. During the half-year reporting season, I assisted in organizing roadshow materials and creating PPTs, and was also responsible for accessing online communication meetings of major companies and compiling minutes of the meetings. In the later stage of the internship, gained the trust of the researcher and gradually started to take a leadership role in the team, taking charge of the daily work of the researcher and other internship students, the assignment and acceptance of internship tasks, therefore the leadership and communication skills were improved during this period.
