- Create the tooling spec to supplier to guide the tooling quotation and tooling design/manufacturing- Support design team to provide the product feasibilty analysis and give the optimization suggestion from manufacturing side- Drive the tooling DFM review with US/UK team and relative department ,request the tooling maker create the detailed and accurate DFM. Check the tooling design 3D drawing and request the tooling maker must follow our standard and train them to cultivate detailed and high precision/robust long life design concept and skill.- Audit suppler factory and push the supplier to improve the tooling manufacturing/molding process control and monitoring ability- Attend the tooling trial and support the customer to optimize the part structure design for tooling/molding process and the part ECN and provide the reasonable tooling modification solution- Support Supply chain to promote the prodcution efficiency to meet product dilivery needs

- Ensure that the molding machines, molds and automation assembly machines are well maintained- Lead the maintenance technician team, coordinate equipment, tooling and/or process improvement projects internally or with Headquarters or outside parties.- Maintain and improve the manufacturing process, design and determine tools, fixtures needed for efficient manufacture.- Integration of new products transferring, technical procedures, proper tooling & jigs. Develop and implement the facility/manual tools investment plan, evaluate tooling development to maximize the material usage and process time.- Train the technician to promote the mold maintenance skill and to optimize the injection parameter.- Main product is the communication network connector, fork truck connector etc.

Samsung etc- New tooling structure and production process evaluation at the new product developing stage, Output the DFM report- Identify the future production risk and potential issues of the new project at the design stage.- Provide the tooling and production process technology support for product development and tooling design and injection molding.- Transmit customer technology requirement and feedback our production problems as a company technology window

- Do the toy tooling DFM to optimize the tooling structure, for example tooling PL confirmation, ejection system layout, mold flow analysis, steel and moldbase selection etc. -Try to reduce cycle time and injection machine tonnage and simplify tooling structure for company cost down , raise productivity by technology innovation.-Audit the supplier plant and require supplier to build new tooling according our company tooling policy and production standard-Maintain and repair some old tooling to extend their life time for cost down

-Create the engineering data of new tooling and quote the plastic tooling&parts for RFQ.-Review new tooling DFM and new tooling design drawing.-Communicate with product development department or the customer about tooling feasibility analysis. -Optimise tooling structure.-Follow the tooling manufacturing schedule and drive the tooling trial for FAI and PPAP indentification.-Communicate and coordinate with the other departments or suppliers to improve tooling issues. -Ensure tooling can be qualified by customer and the tooling is smooth in mass production-Be familiar with molding parameter, hot runner system, plastic material, automation process etc
