1. Checkand monitor front officebooking with inprescribed framework for FX, Option, Rates and Derivative products. Follow strong risk controls and productivity standards. Ensure compliance and adherence to operating procedures, internal rules and regulatory requirements. 2. Process FX,Option, Rates, and Derivative products day-to-day settlement in accurate. Prepare and manage relevant documents according to legal / compliance angle 3. Monitorand calculateFXfunding, margin and P&L.Day end update and reconcile such as ratesupdate, account reconcilition.Ensure end to end check resultis reported correctly to Regulator ReportTeam. 4. Maintenance and update data in internalsystem and regulator system likeSHCH, CCDCand CEFTS. Download and analysis relateddata fromSHCH,CCDCand CEFTSto reduce riskfordailywork and make sure all process comply with regulatory requirements 5. Coordinatewith variouslocal and overseasfunctions, like front office, cash,finance, productlegal and compliance to make sure daily business is conducted appropriately. And resolve issues efficiently 6. Lead and Participate in various process/productivity improvement initiatives and new products/system implementations. And also work closely with technology teamsto develop and improve system automation and reduce risk for end to end work
