Making sure the requirements from the customer was implemented within the manufacture.Proficient in providing DFM aka design for Manufacturing reports prior during product design stage or ID (conceptual) design stage. To provide manufacture-able suggestions on the product design/ ID design that suitable for mass production, with most cost effective solutions to meet the customer’s requirements.Proficient in providing tooling DFM and design review, as well as the problems solving on the product issues during NPI and mass production stages, good ability of manage and track the issues.Independent yet a team player, keep to learn, analytic, systematic and well organized.Strong experience in advanced molding design on cell phone and notebook/Ipad and digital camera and air-condition product and so on;Strong capability of following up fixing all kinds of molding issue fittings;Strong knowledge on supplier manage like monitoring schedule and technical assistant and problem solving and supplier qualification and so on;
