Mobile OS virtualization is a new project of the Godin. I served as a Master Scrum, responsible for the project management , while responsible for the project's research and development, mainly involved in the kernel Android layer to framwork layer functions , application layer mainly involved in systemui and some interface development.

Agile development is the new development mode in ZTE .Wireless UDC product line development department was the first enterprise-level agile application departments and I was one of the earliest Scrum Masters in 2011. After more than 1 years ,I lead IMS HSS from the traditional development model to project-level Agile development successfully, then under the guidance of external coach help successful transited IMS HSS to product-level Agile development. Now IMS HSS has become the company agile benchmarking. In 2013 June, the IMS HSS project was successfully handed over to the team. I began to take charge of agile transformation work of AAA project. So far the AAA project has been also transited successfully.in 2014 August; AAA was successfully handed over to the team .Now I am mainly served as the role of observer, while preparing to undertake other projects agile transformation work.

IMS HSS project is a relatively new ZTE project, which protocol changes quickly and has lots of urge and hard requirements, such as the IOT test, France Telecom Test, China Telecom test. I worked as a development manager and chief these years. The development manager was mainly responsible for leading a team to develop multiple products development from requirement analysis, design, and implementation to maintenance to deliver value to our customer. Chief of the Department was mainly responsible for the company's policy implementation, staff training, resource allocation, participate in creating enterprise culture.

1.In 2007, USPP version is a new network version of ZTE. My work was responsible for leading a team to develop the IMS HSS USPP version from the requirement analysis, design, and implementation to maintenance. Only six months, ALL work was completed, and successfully updated five china mobile commercial bureaus to this version.2.In 2008, Take charge of the EPC HSS development of Hong Kong CSL commercial projects, which was a very urgent and hard project. Only six months from receiving first requirement to the dead-line releasing this version to Hong Kong, and the members of developer and tester was totally only seven, the requirements is uncertain, the initial requirements were 11, 5w-lines code estimated. All the people thought it was impossible mission. After fully understand the background of the project and discussion, I recommended the Agile Development to the department, Because the requirements analysis, design coding and testing must had been complete in the six months，and the requirements is uncertain, the number of requirements increased from the initial 11 to 15 only one week(the final increased to 23),the traditional model cannot solve these problems, but in agile development model these problem could be well solved. The version was successfully released on schedule. In addition as the owner of the project, I am also responsible for requirements analysis, design and coding.

IMS HSS is a new network version of ZTE. My work was responsible for the new functions development and a small amount of maintenance. In the maintenance field, mainly responsible for France Telecom Test Project, including defining the test scope and schedule, tracking progress, and resolving problems. The new functions were mainly complying with the 3GPP IMS SH R6 version. I was responsible for the development of the XML module (mutual conversion between diameter sh interface protocol standard and internal data structure) and the HSSMAP module development (mutual transformation between the diameter authentication, the position information of standard protocol and MAP protocol), including code (C language), automated test(C language, including black box testing and white box testing), the abnormal &performance manual test.

MSC is a mature network version of Huawei Company. My work was responsible for the maintenance of the MTP2 module as well as a small amount of new functions. The new functions were to increase the MTP2 module maintainability and testability. I was responsible for the detailed design, code (C language), automation test, and abnormal & performance test. In the maintenance field, mainly responsible for solve the bugs.
