Work as project engineer from May 2009 to 2010 Apr., converting files, troubleshooting, providing technical support, and efficiently dealing with large packs of files using macros or regular expressions to prepare translation files. From May 2010, I joined the project management team as a project coordinator, handling projects from IBM, Swarovski, Nalco, Electrolux, and over 20 clients. I handled cost control, formulated schedules, replied to complaints, maintained relationships with corresponding clients, and cooperated closely with translation specialists. On-site, I led linguist checking and cellphone testing for Huawei P7, and as coordinator I led our translators to take part in LQA testing in Shenzhen for a business trip over a month.

I have been working as a project engineer at Csoftintl for approximately one and half year, during which time I have become well-versed in localization (CAT) tools, including Trados, Lingobit, Catalyst, POEditor, RC-WinTrans, Marco, SQL, Emeditor, and others. My experience also includes contributing to the localization of the ASUS EEEPC system (Linux system), preparing transkits for PG documentation, localizing MAC StuffIt software into French, Italian, German, and Spanish in Mac system, and handling various other software-related tasks.
