Support RGC service team with system process and demand management

Improve the evaluation system:The rate of sucessful telephone visit is low, whose results will determine the incomes of the workers. Workers are having complaints. I was responsible for improving the success rate of telephone visit, including telephone services improvements, developing new ways of surveys. And rate has improved from 30% to 60%.

3 years in B/S/H helped me developed the ability of solving problems of daily business. Being responsible for data analyzing and service process improvement, participating in the project of customer service system as a key user and training new staff make me think in multi pronged way. I find my-self playing an important role of giving solutions, which will help teams work smoothly and build a good, cooperative relationship with other departments.
