高校辅导员是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分，本人负责法学院5个班级共209个本科及研究生学生的管理工作。工作范围主要包括思想政治教育、班级建设、学业就业指导、心理健康帮扶、学生日常事务管理等。1、大学生日常事务管理：负责209名本科及研究生学生的在校德育、学风教育、社区管理、心理健康咨询、安全教育、奖助学金评选、征兵宣传、信息管理等；每学期通过面对面方式与带班所有209名学生开展一对一谈心谈话，了解学生思想状态、家庭情况、兴趣爱好、困难困惑等。2、生涯规划与就业指导：针对大一到研三的同学开展不同阶段的生涯规划与就业指导，主要包含引导自我分析、职业分析、外部环境分析、制定计划、修改简历、定向推荐等，帮助学生树立正确的就业观念。3、管理部门工作对接：在困难认定、勤工助学、助学金评选、征兵宣传方面代表二级学院与学工部相关部门对接；4、创新创业与学生社团管理指导：作为指导老师参与学生创新创业项目以及校级社团管理。University counselor is an essential role of the faculty in China's Universities. As a University counselor for the School of International Law, I am responsible for managing 209 undergraduate and graduate students across five grades.1. Managing University students in daily affairs: Each semester, I conduct conversations face-to-face and with all 209 students to understand their thoughts, family situations, interests, difficulties, and concerns. I served as the go-to-people whatever and whenever the students are in need.2. Providing tailor-made career planning and employment guidance to each student through self-analysis, career analysis, external environment analysis etc.3. Acting as a liaison to the Student Affairs Office for identifying financial difficulties, scholarship evaluations, as well as military recruitment promotion.4. Mentoring student innovation and start-ups projects and overseeing the management of campus-level student clubs.

The Development and Operations Department of Tianxi Group is dedicated to industrial real estate development and operations in the Suzhou, Wuxi, and Changzhou regions. My main responsibilities and achievements include:1. Assisting my supervisor in coordinating industrial real estate project development and operational management, ensuring timely completion of the project development and operational targets set by the company.2. Assisting my supervisor in preparing feasibility studies and project positioning reports for industrial real estate projects during the preliminary research and writing phase.3. Assisting the department director in overseeing the process of obtaining land use rights for industrial parks and monitoring the progress of engineering projects.4. Supporting my supervisor in maintaining relationships with regional property owners and government to ensure the success of projects.5. Assisting my supervisor in updating information on various regional industrial real estate projects and analyzing market demands.

Scouting innovative inclusive business models for BCtA membership.2. Coordinating risk assessment and due diligence work, especially on sustainability and ESG commitment, in line with UNDP policy on engaging with the private sector. As well as providing services to private sectors on improving SDG and ESG performance and impact measurement and management.3. Assisting supervisor in communications with and engagement of 280+ companies in 83 countries, ranging from MNCs to SMEs, and active in diverse industries, including food and agriculture, health, education and skills development, information and communications technology, financial services, energy, and infrastructure.4. Utilizing CRM system (Insightly) to optimize member portfolio analysis, streamline company outreach and membership onboarding, and improve communication with and engagement opportunities for members and partners.

As a Junior Business Development Manager, my main activities include:1. Business development for Mobile Phone number powered smartphone application account Verification service, successfully secured 2 middle ranked companies as our clients in less than 3 months.2. Innovation and coordination work for the well-established business of mobile phone balance payment. Kept a good relationship with top tier companies such as iQiyi, mgtv, Xunyou etc.3. Served as focal point of the business group with Procurement department, mainly for the procurement of virtual membership of internet product such as Tencent Video, Youku, iQiyi and so on. Budget up to 2 million USD per month.4. Administrative work to make sure the due diligence work of every customers and partners we worked with is done by the legal team and walk them through the SaaS registration system of the company.

研究生在读期间成功获得全球地产五大行之一的Savills为期6个月的实习资格，在领导和同事的指导下:1. 收集整理上海及周边各写字楼及产业园楼盘信息，协助团队完成多项客户委托项目。2. 与各写字楼和产业园的业主建立联系;与地产五大行同行、上海及周边地区各级政府招商部门建立了良好的联系，出席多场行业招待会、项目推介会、政府招商年会等。3. 为客户提供选址的前期咨询，中期考察和后期商务合同签订等。独立促成一份租赁独家委托代理协议。I got the intern position at Savills, one of the global big five real estate agency , while I was finishing my master program, in this role, I:Assisted corporate clients in identifying suitable commercial and industrial locations for lease and transaction.Successfully closed a commercial deal during my internship.Built business relations with landlord from various business parks, office buildings, private sectors and public sectors, as well as counterpart in other real estate agencies.
