Accomplish 2015, 2016 project deliverable review and roadmap planning.2. Lead the PMIS(Project Management Information System) enhancement project, improve user experience and build new key functions. Project was closed on schedule and applied to 15 different cross-functional project team to use to control schedule.3. As a consultant in headquarter relocation project, direct members to execute project via project management mechanism, project was closed on schedule within 4 months, and conduct WBS template for other oversea branches use.
