负责公司人才招募，实现人员的合理配置；在人才管理中的各环节与集团对标，包括制度制定和流程优化等，保证合规及文化一致性；维护与分析各类人员招聘相关数据报表（含对集团及对外部单位），对招聘工作各环节进行追踪；在人才招聘环节对接集团人员交流及调动项目；HR相关项目支持，如满意度调查、测评、干部盘点、招聘平台、年度校招等项目；协助进行组织架构管理，绩效考核等工作。In charge of the recruitment, and realizing appropriate manpower allocation；Benchmarking with the Group in all aspects of talent management, including setting up system and optimize the process, ensure compliance and cultural consistency;Maintain and analyze all kinds recruitment related data report ( including both the Group and external companys), tracking all aspects of recruitment process;Cooperate with the Group talent transfer project;Supporting HR related projects, for instance, employee satisfaction survey, evaluation, cadre mapping，recruitment platform, annual campus recruitment;Assist in the management of organizational structure and performance evaluation.
