At the same time, keep records of all inquiries into the system.2） Place the Po through the system; be responsible for following up on purchase order’s status in order to meet the delivery date on time. 3） Assist logistic dept. or client’s forwarder to make the shipment; forward the shipping documents to concerned person in time.4） Support QC to settle out the quality problem.5） Manage the payment terms in order to reduce the company’s cost. Assist financial dept. to close the account between supplier and company.

1) Make order confirmation with customer, including product’s price, delivery date and payments term etc.2) Key the confirmed order into K3 system and follow up this order.3) According to Customer’s request delivery date, arrange the product’s delivery.4) Make the new order booking report every week, according to the customer’s request quantity, analyze the marketing etc. make sales monthly report, and analyze sale revenue by customer, by product, by industry. Make monthly OTD (on time delivery) report. Make AR (account receivable) report, and push the sales to get the overdue money back at the soonest time.5) Maintain and update the customer and product’s database.
