Justin Allen Ltd is a textile and garment industrial and trading company. Their major customers include Walmart, Target, Costco, Mark &Spencer, Primark, etc. Job Analysis: Analyze the difference between factory's current compliance status and final customer's requirements, analyze the root causes of the difference, make the corrective plan, guide the factory to improve step by step.  Management System: Guide factory departments to formulate, modify, review the procedure documents; Support the building of CSR Management System, Security Management System and quality management system, and promote continuous improvement.  Process Control: Regular Communication with company and factory top management, explain the latest requirements of the customers and the latest changes in laws and regulations, after obtaining the authorization from the senior management, coaching factories, supervise and monitor factories in accordance with the latest requirements.  Monitoring：Inspect and audit the factory departments regularly, make audit report, analyze the non-conforming items statistically, and work out the corrective plan, supervision and improvement  External Communication: In Social Responsibility, environmental protection, and C-TPAT fields, I am the company's primary contact with customers. Take an active part in the projects and activities of the customer organization, contact the Third Party to audit and submit improvement plan in time to ensure the effective status of receiving orders in customer system. Project Management: Setup and implement plans, push suppliers to match environmental sustainable standards, such as Higg 3.0 FEM, Walmart’s CDP project, Target’s Chemical & Wastewater Program, etc.Performance: After I joined the company, under the close cooperation of myself and my subordinate team, the passing rate of social responsibility, C-TPAT and QMS audit increased from 70% to 100%.

1. Study new customers standards, gather and analyze the focus of different cuscomers, such as Wal-mart fire safety standard, C &A and Primark transparency and ZDHC requirements, and consider how to guide and push factories to improve according to clients requirement.2. Visit factories before and after 3rd party audits assigned by retailers or brands and ensure factories to prepare well and take corrective actions if anything wrong with audit results. 3. Supervises compliance specialist(s) to help the factories to establish long-term remediation goals, and to develop work plans and follow up with factories on the implementation of these work plans4. Supervises compliance analyst(s) to prepare data and analysis report on monitoring and training activities; reviews and maintains database; conducts general research on social compliance issues5. Works with oversea compliance managers to develop and maintain management system-based compliance approach; to update and develop audit, training and other tools, procedures, and methods6.
