1. Responsible for whole accounting process and perform monthly closing, ensure all transactions are booked accurately and timely2. Prepare monthly PRC report for consolidation3. Organize fixed assets related work(Provide FA No, keep FA account book, prepare FA budget usage analysis, register demo application and usage withdrawal status, conduct monthly stock) ；FA Monthly closing (FA added, reclassification, disposal, depreciation) ；Yearly FA stock 5. Assist preparation of all documents for internal or external audit

1. Customer master data maintenance and credit management2. Sales revenue recognition and issue VAT invoices and export invoices3. Cash collection and overdue AR follow-up4. Month-end closing: Send AR statement to customers and follow up payment; Conduct AR aging analysis and accure AR provision; Reconcile AR b/t sub-ledger and GL ledger; Prepare overdue action plan and monthly cash forecast5. Quarterly review AR provision status and conduct sales revenue cut-off testAssist yearly external auditing for AR ; File purchasing and sales contract and financial files monthly.
