• Full cover business of CAT Roof Support & underground excavation/handling vehicles (including pre-sales/sales/after sales)• New products preparation and launch (Customer requirement analysis; Product design communication; Product promotion and service manual/tool/training etc). • Sales management (team building; sales task dividing and controlling; Marketing issue organization)• Service operation (parts sales; warranty; work order management; field service; overhaul and remanufacture organization and technical/quality problem feedback etc) • Supply life cycle maintenance and repair cost analysis of CAT equipments to customers for biding. • Suggest equipments overhaul plan and solution for customers• Build and develop business Operation System for dealers• Cooperation with consultant company（Ernst & Young/ Deloitte）to set business and financial process• Maintenance and strengthen relationship with major mining excavation and handling users in China. Such as Capital Steel; Hebei Steel; Baishan Gold; Shanxi Aluminum; Shendong Group; China Coal; Datong Group; Xishan Group; Dongyuan Group and some new Oil shale companies.

• In charge of full lines CAT &JLG product parts and service sales and market on construction, mining, port, electric power; OEM etc.• Organize oil supplying and sales in/out of warranty for CAT equipment (Co-operation with Exxon-Mobil national account team)• Lead CSR team to cover all CAT & JLG products (such as aerial work platform, backhoe loader, Diesel/Gas engine, Grader, Compactor etc.) issues as a bridge between customer and manufacturers.• Establish and manage all branch aftermarket sales system• Establish and manage major customer site support system such as China Construction, CCCG(China Communications Construction Group), CRCC(China Railway Construction), CREC(China Railway Construction), Major sea ports; Pingsuo, Zhungeer, Yimin, Datang, Pingzhuang, Shengli, Jincheng, Benxi Steel, Anshan Steel/Hebei Steel/Taiyuan Steel/China Aluminum/China Gold/Baishan Gold/Changshanhao Gold/Great Wall Drilling/Daqing Oilfield/CNOOC/Dagang Gas/Sulige Gas etc.• Develop and maintenance channels and dealers in different areas and fields.

• In charge of all lines CAT product parts and service direct sales in Northern China (The territory was divided to WesTrac/ECI-Metro/CEL in 2001)• Supply closely customer support to Pingshuo project• Manage good relationship with CMC CAT Center (the JV with government)
