For now, I am only a student at Rutgers University, but I know what I need to learn from my campus life is not only the courses I selected, but also how can I collaborate with other students to achieve higher goals. As a student, I usually form teams or working groups with other classmates to finish specific subjects. Sometimes, I am a team member for my group. What I need to do is follow our leaders' orders, offer teams with my detailed work and try to come up with some innovative thoughts. While, I am also the team leader. That means what I need to concern about is not just my own work. I also need to think in which way I can lead and management this team

  Last year(2019), my physics teacher in high school recommended me to be a teaching assistant for Physics at Shuren Middle School(a middle school in my hometown), because my physics grade in high school was good. During that time, I collaborated with the teachers in that school. We decided what practice our students should take, how much work they should deal with everyday and how difficult the exercise should be. I also designed the physics problems for students' final exams.
