Job Description:1、 Complete server deployment and software configuration according to the needs of the project.2、 Develop point cloud algorithms in the project, Implement DLL encapsulation and invocation ofalgorithms.3、 Test the algorithm performance of Jetson boards and NUC hosts，solve all kinds of errors.Project experince: Inventory software system based on multi-tilt scanningOverview: The 3D reconstruction of the on-site stockpile was achieved by scanning 8 gimbals.Results: The scan of all the stockpiles on the site was completed, and the shape similarity between the scanned point cloud and the on-site stockpile reached 90%.⚫ Gimbal program development：The rotating motor drive is written in C#, and the motor iscontrolled based on the 485 protocol transfer port communication. Multi-threaded technology is used to realize the rotary scanning of RoboSense Lidar-16.⚫ Hardware configuration：Configure the IPs of 8 gimbal radars and USR-DR302 serial servers in the field, complete the collection of on-site scanning data and transmission to the central control server. Troubleshoot on-site radar and rotating motors.⚫ Algorithm development：C++ uses the PCL point cloud library to write algorithms to realize point cloud splicing and filtering, and convert to heightmap processing, Encapsulate the algorithm into a DLL library and send it to the Gimbal program for calling.⚫ Data Communication ： C# writes clients and servers based on TCP to realize the localcommunication and transmission of point cloud scanning data. The scan data is sent to the upper and front-end in JSON format.
