• Handle the comprehensive affairs of Group procurement, associate with the company’s proposed plan. After audit reporting from General Manager, organize, implement and ensure the successful completion of the work;• Responsible for supervising and participating in business cooperation and contract negotiation of new suppliers, and check the contract of implemented degree;• Responsible for supervising the development of new suppliers and new products, and track the schedule and final results;• Investigate and research commodities demand of company and sales of commodities, be familiar with each product of supply channels, grasp the change in the market;• Responsible for auditing the various departments of the companies reported annual procurement plan, co-ordinate and determine the company's plans to purchase content, reducing unnecessary expenses, the most effective use of funds to ensure maximum supply；• Carefully monitor and inspect each company in charge of procurement and cost control of the procurement process；• Coordinate and supervise of the entire group of customs import and export business work, and be responsible for cohesion and communication with the customs, SAFE, Economic and Trade Commission, Bureau of Commerce and other units;

• Responsible for organizing the gathering product-related industry policies, competitor information, customer information, analyze market trends;• On a regular basis, provide accurately the status of the company's sales information of sales, cost control and the sales revenue to general manager and related departments, which support for major decisions;• Involve in developing the company’s annual sales plan to draw to firm leadership decisions, and supervise & inspect the implementation;• Responsible for sales contracts signature, auditing, revision, organization of sales loan recovery, and timely response received payment reminders to ensure cash flow, improve economic efficiency of enterprises;• Grasp and work on product feedback, and mountain good communication with customers, production, quality assurance, logistics and other units.
