Responsible for the overall human resources activities of the two business departments, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, employee relations, etc.1. Deeply connect with the business department, find out the problems of the department timely, and provide solutions to help the department improve their efficiency;7. Participated in the campus recruitment of 2014, 2015, and 2016, with a completion rate of over 150% in the two-year campus recruitment; rated as an outstanding employee of the department for three consecutive years.
