Act as the coating / insulation inspector at Aramco PID department.Familiar with Aramco standard, project specification, method statements and ITP.Review coating procedure / PFP procedure /insulation procedure/galvanizing procedure.Monitor the coating material / abrasive material / insulation material reception and storage.Monitor mockup test, review the test report.Witness the coating / insulation application of modules- Structure & Piping (Witness the inspection and test about substrate / environment condition / compressed air quality / surface cleanliness / surface profile / dust level / water soluble salt / coating application / DFT check / touch up / insulation material Pre - fabrication / insulation application etc.Issue the relevant quality comments and, when necessary, write and send to quality control supervisor non-conformance reports.Verify the construction and quality inspection records and so on.Review and sign off inspection reports/records.

Familiar with the requirements of Arctic LNG2 Project specification, method statements and ITP.Performing inspections as per the approved inspection plan. Performing mock up test inspection, review the test report. Monitor the painting material / abrasive material / PFP material / insulation material / accessory reception and storage. Follow up the PFP/ insulation application of modules- Structure & Piping (Witness the inspection and test about substrate / environment condition / compressed air quality / surface cleanliness / surface profile / dust level / water soluble salt / coating application / PFP application / DFT check / touch up / insulation material pre- fabrication / insulation application etc.) Monitor the construction process of PFP/ Insulation.Issue the relevant quality comments and, when necessary, write and send to quality control supervisor non-conformance reports. Verify the construction and quality inspection records and so on. Review and sign off inspection reports/records.
