General Management1.Manage positive relationship with supplier through enhancing communication, survey, visit, business review, etc.2.Cascade down and implement sourcing strategies in region to support company objectives.3.Develop new supply base or coach current supplier base based on business needs，align with management targets.4.Work with business leaders to build leadership pipeline through acquiring and developing talents.5.Formulate and implement department annual plan according to Company's business direction.6.Prepare and draft purchasing contract，NDA and subcontractor announcement letter to top management according to company business strategy.7.Upon your other request.Specific Management1.Communicate, execute department goals, directions from department management.2.Take lead on effective cost reduction action with original or potential new suppliers. 3.Monitor and manage supplier continuous development on their quality, system, delivery, cost, technology, etc which related responsible commodity.4.Develop new source for new technologies and projects requiring by marketing.5.Support design, product division, quality, procurement, plants, all issues relate to suppliers, coordinate suppliers' communication and action execution. 6.Evaluate supplier's performance, like rating model, QBR, etc.7.Ensure timely negotiation of contract, price and terms with suppliers.8.Lead commodity team to achieve CORE target as well as other targets of quality, qualification, localization and special projects.9.Monitor team member’s routine work and review performance periodically.Achievement:1.Led commodity yearly -5% cost reduction by negotiation, material standardization, process improvement, technology innovation, localization, etc.2.Successfully led and coordinate PD to complete innovation project, achieve -30% cost reduction for company selling price.
