1．Master the pressure vessel construction standards and rules.2. Prepare the WPS,PQR,WPQ and HT process of pressure vessel.3．Establish the ASME Quality Control System, prepare and revise the Quality Control Manual, organize related engineers to establish and revise the Program Files, be responsible for the Quality Control System daily maintenance. 4. Manage the ASME Codes and update latest version timely. 5. Be responsible for the overall organization and coordination of the ASME Certificate renewal work. 6. For the ASME Code Works, make sure the design, process and inspection records and reports shall be complied with the Codes and QC Manual. 7. Communicate with AI for the ASME Code Works. Participate in the official inspection. Be response and feed back for the NCR on time. 8. Assist the QA Manager to communicate with ASME Headquarters, NB and AIA.9. Monitor the quality condition of each department, offer the related quality information to improve the company quality status.10．Be overall responsible for the construction of 16 flare stacks contracted with Flare Industry Company which are constructed for Uzbekistan LUKOIL Company. Project No. is 130206.11. Monitor the project schedule and control the project quality on each stage according to the approved ITP.12. Analyze the project drawings, and set up the reasonable manufacturing process and welding process according to the actual situation13. Be responsible for the materials purchasing and receiving inspection.14. Carry out the welding, structure, galvanizing and coating quality inspections and records.15. Communicate with the representative on site and solve the issues raised by the customer.16. Make sure the package and containers transport safety.17. Prepare the MRB and archived files.

1. Carrying out company’s internal inspections and monitoring for each stage of the new buildings construction. 2. Providing all necessary support for helping shipyard to improve the quality of works and maintain the agreed planned schedule for delivering works. 3. Associated with fabrication, assembly, erection, fairing, welding and dry survey etc. 4. Assisting official inspections, including welding, Air Pressure Test, Hose Test & Non Destructive Testing, such as Radiography Test, Ultrasonic Test & Dye Penetrant Test. 5. Other inspections including air test, strength test of water ballast tank and oil tank, side rolling Hatch Cover fabrication, installation, operation and hose test. 6. Dealing with the owner and class comments, reflecting to production sectors, and suggesting the methods of quality problems. 7. Filing documents of inspection results, making spreadsheet of data statistics.
