Project: PGL Floating Foundation ProjectEmployer: Provence Grand Large / FranceManufacturer: PJOE /Penglai/ChinaPosition: Welding/NDT Inspector/ PGL representativeResponsibility:• Pre-inspection meeting, Witness welder qualification testing, NDT and material test activities as required.• Monitor fit up, welding, dimensional control and trial assembly process during fabricating, painting.• Carry out all W and H point inspection as approved specification, codes and test plan (ITPs).• Welding process quality control, including WPS implementation, welding parameter inspection, welder qualification inspection, etc.• NDT witness and random inspection during the manufacturing process.• Supervision and inspection of assembly, welding, size of TKY node.• Polling inspection: Test witness of raw material, Pre-fabrication inspection, Mark, cutting and forming inspection, Welding and NDT witness, Dimension inspection, Trail assembly witness, Blasting and painting inspection. • Coordinate the technical or progress issues between client and supplier.• To carry out surveillance for the manufacturing quality, progress and HSE issues for the project.• Follow up the quality issues in manufacturer including the NCR & punch list closure.• Collect all other necessary information in the factory/workshop and report to client.• Review and follow the HSE requirement of proejct, and surveillance & report the HSE status to client.• Prepare the surveillance Reports for each factory/workshop with necessary annexes such as photos, endorsed records, etc.• Review and enforce all relevant project specifications and nominated standards associated with the contract scope of work.

Seagreen Offshore Windfarm Project• Welding process quality control, including WPS implementation, welding parameter inspection, welder qualification inspection, etc.• Responsible for the inspection management of the whole process of the structural, reel pipe.• Supervision and inspection of assembly, welding, size of TKY node.• Follow up the quality issues in manufacturer including the NCR & punch list closure.• Collect all other necessary information in the factory/workshop and report to client.• Prepare the surveillance Reports for each factory/workshop with necessary annexes such as photos, endorsed records, etc.• Review and enforce all relevant project specifications and nominated standards associated with the contract scope of work.• Assist client’s inspection team to understand and comply with project quality requirements.• Monitor fit up, welding, dimensional control and trial assembly process during fabricating, painting and insulation shipping condition verification including.• Carry out all W and H point inspection as approved specification, codes and test plan (ITPs).• Polling inspection: Witness test of raw material, Pre-fabrication inspection, Mark, cutting and forming inspection, Welding and NDT witness, Dimension inspection, Trail assembly witness, Blasting and painting inspection. • Witness welder qualification testing, NDT and material test activities as required. • Progressively sign off inspection documentation including checklists, ITP’s and punch-lists. • Documents review: Raw material test report, NDT report, Dimensional report, painting report, packing report etc.

• Carry out quality system construction (quality control, quality improvement, quality assurance) in accordance with ISO9000, including the production of inspection process documents at all levels, the formulation of inspection standards, and the control procedures of nonconforming products, etc• Welding process evaluation and implementation management;• Supplier quality management, including supplier access audit, quality problem statistics, and supplier quality improvement;• Daily management of production plan management, performance management, procurement, technology, warehouse and equipment departments;

• Inspect the purchased components according to the technical agreement, API Spec 6A wellhead device and tree equipment specification, API Spec 8 drilling and oil recovery lifting equipment specification and other relevant specifications;• Establish, implement and maintain welding quality system process for logo products in accordance with API system specifications and API product standards, including the formulation and implementation of inspection process, inspection items, frequency and acceptance standard documents; • Conduct inspection on blanking, group alignment, welding, assembly and other procedures in accordance with the "Process Inspection Specification" and other specifications and standards, and record the inspection report;• Monitoring and patrol inspection of welding process quality and process (man-machine material method loop measurement), perform the inspection and recording; prepare the records and reports;• Make welding process quality plan and structural welding risk assessment according to technical requirements, and make inspection forms for key points, and supervise the implementation and improvement process;• Statistical analysis of customer complaint data, quality reason analysis of batch major problems, and organization of responsibility correction and prevention;• Improvement of welding process;• Nondestructive inspection of structural welds and raw materials in demand;• Inspection and mechanical property testing of various metal materials;• Welding process evaluation and inspection, including welding size, appearance defect and flaw detection, etc.,

• In accordance with the standards such as DNV OS C401 and citizenship specification requirements, perform the related inspection: check the traceability of raw materials before welding, NDT, field quality control of welding process, welding inspection, integrity/air/strength test of inspection, and record filing;• Provide inspection reports on the non-destructive inspection (UT, PT, RT, MT) of hull welds, outfitting and piping welds in the drawings, as well as the evaluation of ultrasonic inspection defects;• Conduct pre-welding inspection of hull sections, structural dimensions inspection, and submit inspection reports to the owner;• Inspection of structure, integrity and welding quality after welding, and send the inspection report to owner and vessel;• Check the Ship's cabin integrity, tightness, pressure test inspection, submit the inspection notification to owner and ship, and provide inspection report to them;• Make the Statistics, analysis and management of internal and external inspection qualification rate, and manage the inspection data;• Inspected the process performance of the production and give the punishment to the worker who violat the process discipline;• Make inspection plan and arrange the suitable inspector for the related isnepction.
