1) Developed and designed the monitoring flow for the new launched product, Continually improved process quality control system by the big data idea，e.g. auto-detect the issue and auto-analysis the assignable cause;2) Daily monitoring product performance, once have abnormal issue happened and quickly did data analysis to dig out the assignable cause and highlight it to the related department, request take the corresponding solution to mitigate the loss and save the cost. E.g.stop problematic machine or material;3) Managing weekly trigger meeting with the related team to take improvement action to solve quality problem and followed up the action result, for the important cases by 8D to follow up CA/PA; 4) For operation excellence, need regularly to identify optimization opportunities. Basing on data analysis to maximize overall material yield through spec optimization\ component matching, to get better drive performance through data analysis from overall process ;5) Dealt with customer’s complaint, responsible for data analysis part work, correspond the related team to take action to improve;
