-To facilitate the Demand Management processes of the business in support of the business integration framework (S&OP)-Build solid S&OP process at regional level to promote S&OP mentality-Generate rolling 12 months demand forecast and drive improvements in forecast accuracy and bias-Prepares forecast inputs including R&O into the key Core Commercial Cycle meetings including Demand Review, Business Planning Meeting, Supply Review and Consensus meetings. -To manage escalation of demand issues and facilitate effective solutions to short falls in the plans, both tactical and operational-Analyze OTIS sales data to provide insights into on-trade outlet performance by region/brand, profitability and payment of key outlets-Provide decision support to DCL leadership team based on OTIS data analysis and demand forecast

-Develop rolling FCST of base line based on historic data, market trend and sales field activity plan-Deep analysis of FCST errors to figure out root causes for continuous improvement-Build up an efficient communication channel between Supply Chain and Sales Team to balance supply constrains & commercial needs-Daily order process monitoring to maximize order fulfillment-Track, report and analyse sales promotion in diffrent channels(wholesale &Retail)-Liaise with Marketing and Product Managers regarding portfolio and market decisions such as new products or discontinuations, and integrates into demand plans-Support plant to improve slow-moving inventory turnover and stock usage in line with company policy -Be responsible for direct projects on supply part such as wal-mart & MetroAchievement: Enhance sales forecast accuracy from 30% to 59% by keeping close connection with sales team and supply chain

- Lead Planning Team; Responsible for material planing and production planing including molding line, cosmetic line and pack line-Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating the products / orders through the production cycle-Deep analysis of order fulfillment to figure out root causes for continuous planning improvement-Inventory Control & Management; Set and review safety inventory with planners to improve assets flow through inventory turn -Timely follow-up and data analysis on historical sales performance for products renovation-Effective communication and cooperation in each Supplier Relationship cyclesAchievement: Generate the specific planning processes when the firm facing the transfermation by using ERP System
