1)  Responsible for the overdue receivable management, reduce the overdue receivable and approve the dunning letter for PM in BPM System. During 2016 to 2020 the overdue receivables cut down from 40M to 6M, reduce 1.8M bad debt loss and got the cash rewards more than 100k RMB.2) Responsible for the cost control in Project Execution process and analysis the Gross Margin when it has deviation with the as sold GM.3) Submit the cost calculation for quotation team, help them analysis the cost and gross margin when did the biding price.4)  Responsible for the Forecast Production when Sales Manager got the hot project and the delivery date is urgent. Communicate with Operation department planner arrange the FC production. To make sure the machine can meet the required delivery date accordingly. Division increase the order intake more than 26 million during the whole year due to good management on FC production.5) Responsible for the Stock management. Reduce the long term material and cut down the storage holding cost. Lower the warehouse rental fee for finished machine and stock materials. Raise the inventory turnover rate.6) Submit financial report like Delay report, LD report, unit report, aging report, POC report and etc. Help General Manager finish some Budget report and report to Product Home which locate in Europe.7) Do the Cash flow report and Risk assessment report for big project when the contract value over 5 million Dollars.
