1. Review and draft contracts (including but not limited to dealer contracts, purchase-and-sale contracts, e-commerce contracts), MOU and other legal documents;2. Conduct legal research (including but not limited to anti-fraud, anti-trust issues and import-and-export issues) and provide professional legal advice to business functions ;3. Translate legal documents from Chinese to English or vise verse.

Help the partner draft MOU and transaction documents.

1. Determined litigation paths for commercial disputes , and prepared documents necessary for litigation/arbitration (including statement of claim/arbitration application, evidence, etc.)under the guidance of Partners.2. Help completed non-litigation cases (such as assisting in the completion of due diligence in an asset transfer case) under the guidance of the partners.
