1. Recruitment: responsible for recruitment of Anbang Guangdong branch (inc. MT, sales, HR, administrative, financial and claim officers etc.) -To maintain and expand recruitment channels; - To search, screen, arrangement candidates’ interview and follow the process- Analyze recruitment data and provide feasible scheme.•Personnel management module: -Follow up the staff leave formalities; -The labor contract management;-Attendance management.

• Understanding Clients’ requirements and seeking appropriate candidate through recruiting websites, LinkedIn, cold call etc. •Understanding candidates’ background via telephone, email, WeChat etc.•Conducting telephone or face-to-face interview with candidates.•Selected suitable candidates and made report based on candidates' background.
