HRBP role for sales company and manufactory, including China Sales, Supply Chain and Non-standard operation. Work with corporate to implement HR strategy, policy and initiative, this include Workforce planning, recruitment, C&B, learning & development, performance management.  Conduct and facilitate employee communication and provide guidance in terms of HR policies and procedures implementation to Business Department.  Identify the short-term /long-term staffing requirements and set up related recruitment budget for Business Department. To be responsible for recruitment of key position and general positions. Responsible for outsource employees recruitment, review and manage agency’s performance. Collect employee training request, analyze and drive training programs with corporate training department. Meanwhile, align with performance management and people development programs to support the organization development, follow up the people development plan and successor plan, ensure the implementation and efficiency.  Talent management. Facilitate the talent review with top leaders for high potential employees and build up the succession planning. Give advice and suggestion on talent management and development.  Review the salary structure of Business Department against market data, set up specific salary structure, competitive benefit items with corporate C&B function. Join in the annual market compensation and benefits survey, annual salary review, sales incentive bonus and special adjustment of Business Department.  Address employee issues of Business Department, such as contract issues, morale issues and other problems by providing guidance, coaching and counseling. Minimize legal risk by coaching line managers on level process and management process to handle HR issues.  Deploy employee survey, identify and address issues & solution to help leadership to build up action plans according to the survey result. Work on other HR programs as assigned
