As the sales and marketing assistant directly support to Sales and Marketing Director, Engage in online and offline marketing to improve our marketing presentation and placement, and marketing research and survey research to explore target customer need, market pricing and product mapping to find new opportunities or competitors in the market. Our department servers 14 branch companies and offices of RAG group - Event coordination: produce highly creative events and promotions to generate sales leads, brand exposure - Successfully coordinated 3 exhibitions (Automecanika Frankfurt, Automecanika Shanghai, Sial China) - Online marketing: coordinate production of websites (successfully manage to establish and upgrade 3 websites www.smart-o.info, www.rapidfix.info, www.rapidfixmro.com), content management, utilize SEM and analytics tools, social media (domestic and aboard) and B2B websites for various promotions - Public relations: engage in media relations, community and government relations to build relations to key individuals, media and organizations - Start and manage government refund program, save money for Company - Marketing Communications: coordinate production of all sales materials such as catalogues, flyers, posters, PPT etc. - Source and coordinate projects with innovative service providers and suppliers. - Content marketing & translation (English & Chinese): produce powerful content for marketing materials, social media and websites - Market research: engage in market research, survey research to explore target customer needs, market pricing and product mapping to find new opportunities or competitors in the market - Contribute to leads generation - IP & brand management: administer the company’s IP assets (Created a new management system for all IP assets), filings and budgets coordinate payment and filing deadlines - Marketing Administration: Digital asset management (DAM), budget control, evaluation and ROI reporting

- Contribute to the sales and operation. - Assist on maintain and acquisition of existing and new customers. - Provide administrative support on orders, sales reports, phone queries, product deliveries. - Coordinate elements of production process. - Work with Sales,Marketing managerto organize/manage events and promotions; - Maintain control and ensure regulations to export processes, obtain required export licenses and work with freight forwarders and custom brokers to evaluate all items for export and prepare all necessary documents. - Contribute to other tasks that the sales team may request for efficient operation and business development.
