Operation Experience:Intercompany Invoice processing SMEAct as the Intercompany Invoice processing SME since 2019, supported to build up new Process Automation team, centralizing the global Intercompany invoice processing to the team and completing over hundreds of market's invoice processing KT. I also support Upjohn, RedBull and Neo, supporting new entity's IC invoice process build-up, project balance transfer and special case processing, I kept good communication with Project team and customers to align on the best approach. Meanwhile, I became the POC of IC RPA to coordinate the automation utilizing internally and externally.Project Experience:Pfizer LER ProjectAs the PMO and APAC SME, to overall drive the progress of the project and provide data analysis to Global FPMO and market finance, in order to support the project step plan of Intercompany, to suggest and initiate approach to IC balance clearance and transfer. To communicate with cross function teams and leaders, making alignment on appropriate approach for entity liquidation and merger. RPA ProjectPlayed a vital role as Process Analyst, PMO and Champion to support all 14 ICO RPA automations' go live. Independently completed all phases from PDD design, development testing to the final go live. As the SPOC of Intercompany, I led the conversation with external stakeholders, such as Deloitte, Global Digital Leadership and Cross Function teams & leaders.Support project manager to monitor RPA performance and drive team to provide timely issue resolution. Also execute on global RPA digitization initiatives, process re-engineering and operation restructure, to improve the efficiency and utilization rate of RPA. As well as to ensure the 14 automations’ knowledge transfer, and RPA audit check for 100% accuracy and completeness.

Lead the conversation and provide best in class service to customers, which help me obtain good feedback and comments.Project experienceIC AR E2E Process & IC Aging Automation Performance ProjectAs the key SME of the ICO AR E2E Process Project, support lead to drive E2E ICO AR process deep dive and aging analysis standardization, which help to standardize ICO AR E2E process and improve the quality of the open item/BS clean-up, leading to a good impact on IC cash flow efficiency.The lead of IC AR Aging Automation Performance project, leading members to complete the project for the purpose of Aging clearance and analysis automation. Hold monthly sessions to review the ICO global Aging status and do analysis for ICO Governance Aging report. Have regular communication session with Regional Treasury to align on clearance path. Over billions of aging items had been cleared through the project.Cooperate with multiple teams, such as DS CoE, BT, CI Team and Global ERP Team to obtain support on IC Aging automation design and deployment. Till end of 2018, Aging data preparation can be automated and achieved FTE saving.Array As the key SME, support project lead to complete conversion tasks and go live with 100% OOB cleared and master data well set up. Keep good communication with stakeholders from Business and Project team to ensure all the open items and OOB are well transferred and cleared. Cooperate with ERP team to ensure the master data setup and function can meet operation needs. I also provide expertise and help to assess the impact on the Intercompany Invoicing and RPA processing.

As well as performing the 4-corner reconciliation to ensure the conversion is well completed. Support the entities’ go-live as IC AR & GIS SME, keep good communication with market finance and project team to smooth the go live progress.
