1. Work independently and execute in vitro/ex vivo experiments to identify and characterize various therapeutic targets and mechanisms;2. Generate and maintain ESC/iPSC cell lines and differentiate them to multiple lineages and complex co-culture and 3D organoid systems;3. Execute a range of experiments using methods of cell biology, flow cytometry, and high content imaging;4.
