    BJ& South Korean Tourism Event (World Horticultural Expo)The project was aiming to further promote South Korean tourism by providing a foretaste of visiting South Korea in Beijing. Under the circumstances of limited resource and budget, over 3,000 daily visitors from diverse age groups completed our surveys, which has generated valuable big data information as reference to future analysis and assistance to decision making. Beijing & Korea MICE B2B Event in 2018 & 2019The project was aiming to establish a transparent and fair-minded platform for business communication and cooperation between Beijing travel agents and South Korean MICE companies via two individual events in the year of 2018 and 2019. A total of 200 unique representatives from both China and South Korea participated each event, which has significantly boosted the mutual familiarization and cooperation. Over the event, an increasing number of new tourism products have been developed in Beijing market with the return of growth in the interest of South Korean MICE companies.Strategic Partnership with Tencent in 2018(Digital Marketing)The whole project was in cooperation with Tencent as a strategic partnership, aiming to improve the image of South Korea under the particular period. The exposure completed at 240%, and clicks completed at 400%. Over 80,000 users were converted to KTO WeChat followers, which has ultimately enhanced the user stickiness. The integrated project reports and white paper were documented in organizational process assets for future reference. Winter Tourism Marketing Event (KOL Marketing)The project was aiming to facilitate the development of South Korea winter tourism in BJ market after the particular period. Over 40,000 users were converted to KTO WeChat and Sina Weibo followers, which has enhanced the user stickiness and mass base. Over 10,000 visitors showed up at the offline event, over 1,000 of which were converted from the February online advertisement.

There was a significant increase of young generation to travel Korea, and the organizational process assets for other aboard offices of Korea Tourism Organization reference.The Average Consumer(Foreign Independent Tourist)Event Program (20+Times)The program was aiming to present the most updated tourism information of South Korea to customers at monthly offline event so as to maintain the relationship with followers of official WeChat and Sina Weibo. I was responsible for integrating the tourism information (including products, companies, services, itinerary, etc.) collected from each region into presentation slides for monthly offline introduction and marketing event, and hosting or giving presentations at each event. In collaborations with internal & external stakeholders, I also oversaw event designing (graphic design, process design, etc.), stage setting and flow controlling. Over 200 participants showed up at each event, through which bilateral interaction, fans enthusiasm and customer loyalty have been greatly enhanced, with ROI increased by aprx. 200%
