In order to know better about how to discover individual’s potential and develop their abilities, I have thoroughly learned variety knowledge of psychology in my undergraduate study, including cognitive psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology, biological psychology, psychopharmacology, conceptual and historical issues in psychology, neuroscience and behaviour, personality and individual differences, human resources, human resources construction, psychology of digital technology, patterns of action, clinical psychology, forensic psychology, practical methods and statistical methods, and I have completed the final project The Effect of Kin Selection on Intertemporal Choice. Through this learning experience, I have deeper understanding of that the people, as variables in social dynamic system, their potential would be maximally stirred up under the reasonable conditions, including giving proper time course, suitable living and working environment and enough interests, this is the nature of the human resources. I have devoted myself to health psychology during my postgraduate course, whose major concerns are to research and analyse how to use psychological approaches to solve the health related problems and to achieve psychological well being in daily life. I think I now have better understanding of these concerns by learning the modules including psychological approaches to health, theory and intervention in health psychology, understanding, predicting and changing health behaviours, food and health, stress and health, and the psychology of patient safety. I have also completed the research project Visual Short-term Memory and Bilateral Advantage. Despite of these concerns above, I have also understood that good solutions the health problems should be considered in three dimensions including physical, psychological and social aspects.
