1. As SPM, overall plan EE, ME, PKG, consumables parts MIH with soucing&buyer team,coordinate and handle quality issues.2.According to demands of Google's project, develop supply strategy, carry out new suppliersourcing, alternative materials replacement, supplier supporting and improvement, etc.3.Coordinate procurement activities such as project bidding, negotiation to achieve BOM costtargets.4.Monitor the supplier's supply performance and require timely analysis and improvement ofdelivery, quality, service and other issues from the supplier.5. Review high-risk parts with situations of long LT, supply shortage, etc, track whole process ofrisk buy and materilas MIH.6.Conduct quarterly, annual evaluations and management of supplier performance to keepsupplier pool good.

1. As the CapEx consigned E&F DRI, formulating purchasing plans and confirming FCST/PO/ETDwith vendors according to LBU schedule.2. Based on used equipment & fixture transfer list, tracking whole process from door to door, ofincluding customs, packing, logistics, finance etc.3. Establishing processes, formulating rules to support business activities.4.Feeding back quantity or other issues to clients and seeking to solve timely.5. Aligning with vendors, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure goods arrive on time.6. Surveying policies, assessing risk level, and making solutions for those goods transport inChina, Vietnam and other related countries .7. Working to check solutions to delays on goods arrival and equipment breakdown.8. Processing goods acceptance inspection and payment.9. Dealing with inquiry of E&F accessories.10. Leading and training team members(8 persons).

Processing daily material requirement, and placing purchasing orders in time;4. POs tracking, and ensuring payment and invoice collection;5.
