上车体总布置工程师
Current- 上车体典型断面、主断面开发基于现有车型及零部件,结合对标信息进行断面开发,支持尺寸架构定义,建立初版布置模型;- 上车体零部件布置布置、集成上车体零部件,优化尺寸空间,满足尺寸架构及各工程专业要求;- 项目工程问题会组织参与项目工程问题会,讨论重点问题解决方案,协调各工程模块工作,推动项目进度;- 上车体人机、法规检查对整车数据进行人机要求法规要求检查,发现问题并提出调整建议;- 上车体零部件DMU检查对整车数据DMU检查,识别出各工程模块之间的隐藏风险;- 上车体零部件装配模拟检查对上车体零部件装配模拟检查,发现隐藏的装配问题,优化装配路径及步骤;- 上车体零部件布置问题清单发现并整理上车体零部件布置相关问题,制作并更新《上车体零部件布置问题清单》- 上车体零部件布置规范及检查清单根据零部件布置要求及相关经验,制作更新《上车体零部件布置规范》,并归纳其中要求,制作更新《上车体零部件布置检查清单》;- 试装车现场支持现场跟踪试装车装配进度,记录实车验证问题项状态,对实车验证问题进行记录跟踪- Upperbody Master and Typical Sections DevelopmentBased on existing vehicles and related components, in addition referring benchmark information, developing master sections and typical sections, helping to determination of dimension-architecture and building initial packaging models;- Upperbody Part PackagingProvide components and assemblies packaging solutions, optimizing integration level and space usage, satisfying all the engineering requirements;- Packaging Solution MeetingOrganizing VCIT meeting, explaining significant packaging issues, leading communication among various engineering departments, determining resolutions for engineering issues; - Upperbody Ergonomics and Regulation CheckUpperbody Ergonomics and Regulation Check, finding related issues and proposing solutions;- Upperbody DMU CheckUpperbody DMU Check, recognizing issues among all systems;- Upperbody Assembling SimulationSimulating components assembling process, optimizing assembling path and steps, recognizing issues in assembly process;- Packaging Issue ListOrganizing packaging issues, creating Packaging-Issue-List, following and updating including issues; - Upperbody Part Packaging InstructionBased on components’ packaging requirements and relevant working experience, creating and updating Part-Packaging-Instruction for upperbody components’ packaging; - Trail-assembling SupportSupporting trail-assembling at workshop, recording and following trail-assembling issues;
