Current1. 配合公司的国产化需求，进行国内新供应商的开发，并主导完成Sourcing、比价、现场考察、采购合同谈判、试订单等开发环节。2. 与荷兰工程师沟通确认新开发产品的规格、性能是否符合要求。3. 价格控制，在保证质量的前提下不断寻求各种降低采购成本的解决方案，以达成年度的成本节约目标。4. 制定安全库存清单，并定期与供应商讨论更新，减少呆滞库存。5. 对供应商的日常交货质量、按期交货率、以及售后服务进行定期管控，并参与重大异常的协商解决。6. 采购工程师的培训、管理、以及绩效评估。7. Commodity年度开发、采购计划的制定以及执行。8. 供应商的例行商务拜访，加深相互了解与合作。--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1.New supplier development according to company localization policy, lead the whole develop process, such as sourcing, price comparation, on site audit, purchasing agreement, trial order. 2.Confirm the specification, function with Dutch engineer. 3.Cost control, keep the same quality to find each kind of cost reduction solution. 4.Safety stock management, timely review and renew with suppliers. 5.Supplier delivery, quality and service control, and lead to solve serious issue. 6.Train, manage, evaluate local purchasing buyer. 7.Commodiity stetagy purchasing plan, and follow up. 8.Biz visit timely, to build a better relationship with suppliers.
