Be responsible for battery test and lab management. Lead testing working, containing cell, module, pack test, set up testing, develop and implement test plans and detail procedures. Work with 3rd test center to set up testing bench, data monitoring and perform testing. Analyze test data and write test reports, propose countermeasure to better improve existing product. Assist lab manager to organize all the activities test related and communicate with internal and external.

Be responsible for fuel cell stack design and test. Assemble, activate, test and evaluate fuel cells. Develop and implement test plan, analyze test data and write test reports. Survey and design fuel cell test system. Set up a fuel cell test platform and finished the debugging of the software and hardware. Develop various stacks and test their performances to ensure that product meets customer requirements through proper testing processes. Write technological documentation, such as assemble, test and acceptance technology. Assist laboratory management, established rules and regulations. Participate in document compile of the quality management system.

Be responsible for fuel cell fabrication and test. Evaluate fuel cell and stacks with Arbin, collect test data and write test reports. Prepare membrane electrode assembly, performance validate and write report. Wrote 2 patents.
