1.法人治理：履行董办职能，负责公司“三会”管理，公司股东会、董事会、监事会日常事务办理；2.投资者关系管理：起草公司经营情况分析、财经指标统计及财务分析、综合计划执行情况分析；协助处长按月、季度向投资方中国卫星就经营管理、市场现状与募投资金使用情况进行汇报。
