2016.5 to present -- In charge of DCT OPD & Resident department, managing OPD and Resident engineers to technical improvement and after sales quality issues for DCT250 and DCT300 mass production projects.2013 to 2016 -- Senior DCT System Engineer for DCT250 GEELY project, as main technical interface with customer, GETRAG China and Europe team members. Managing and solving all technical issues until SOP.

As ACE for 5MT localization project, support Chief Engineer to managing design release and technical deliverables; coordinating and following up technical open items.In charge of developing China local transmission, shifter, clutch and clutch release system for a FAW-GM MPV project;Helping SGMW & FAW-GM to solve manual transmission and clutch issues; Supporting SGMW CN100 export to GMI program; Developing and evaluating bearing, gears and shafts suppliers in China for AT and DCT program, etc.

As Product Engineer for Santana 3000GP exterior trim project. In charge of establishing technical document, arranging and adjusting trial-manufacture process, solving the matching issue between exterior trims and body of a motor vehicle, operating plastic jetting-mould machine to test mould and optimize manufacturing process, etc.

As Product Engineer for 6AT project. In charge of developing 8 gears for 6AT, including manufacturing process, designing checker and fixer, jigger, completing GP11& PPAP process, checking and accepting manufacturing machine, etc.
