Technology Program Manager – Appliance Bu.1. Conduct OEM/ODM partner and tier one supplier technical survey. Make feasibility research and perform risk assessment before project start. Follow GE NPI process to develop project from initialization to mass production. Accountable for project execution including budgeting, planning and quality. 2. Cooperate closely with marketing and product line manager on user interface requirement. Define and write the electronic design specification. Scope electronic requirement and define test plan for hardware and firmware during the whole project process (transition phase, verification, validation and production).3. Manage the R&D project planning and schedule. Deep involve design and test activities both for hardware and firmware to achieve the project objectives. Organize and execute design peer review. Ensure the technical consistency of the spec. Manage the main technical issues and risks with corresponding action plans and communicate these with both internal and external group. 4. Onsite witness PCBA manufacture process. Experience in ICT/FCT, soldering process control with 6-sigma quality control tools such as DOE, Mini-tab. Participate in manufacturing process flow, equipment/fixture designs, implementation schedules and validation plans for engineering builds and mass production in supplier side.5. Conduct milestone review and regular project pulsing to ensure the related cross-function team on the same page. Manage all root cause and corrective R&D activities to ensure product quality. 6. Achieve key design materials such as ED Spec / Circuit Schematic / BOM / Firmware released into documentation system. Responsible for service manual and user manual technical draft.7. Maintain existing products. Scope variations and negotiate about the cost saving plan or quality improvement activities. Guide supplier to upgrade the product per GE BPCR process.

Design converter for motor and compressor. Collect and analyze new driving solution from different smart IC company. Develop new prototype motor driver including digital circuit and CPU peripheral circuit. Write software code and debug. Do compressor performance test with developed driver. Complete relative development documents. Supporting other departments activities.

1.Research and development of converter for variable frequency motor.Knowledgeable of DC drives and AC drivers for Variable-Speed. Perform software design with TI 240X DSP and relative hardware circuit and CCS debug tools very well. Mastery of assemble language and C language. Writing relative software development documents.Well know driving control schemes of BLDC motor based on different processer platform.2.Design of PFC products Knowledgeable of principles of APFC; experienced in application of power electronic component and develop PFC products (design the hardware and software) which satisfy national standards and have been widely applied in many projects . 3.Technology program managementResearch on and analyze market demands. Draft project plan and allocate software and hardware resources. Design scheme and performance report out. Take a part of relative products upgrading. Guide user handbook and provide technical training to service team.
