General Manager of M&A Treasury Centre General Manager of Fund Centre Member of Group M&A Risk Control Committee Member of Group Investor Relations Committee● According to the group’s strategy and operating plan, developing overall group domestic and overseas financing plan;● Responsible for fund raising and treasury arrangement for all domestic and overseas M&A transactions with largest single deal size of USD 900 mil; ● In charge of all material business / project restructuring financing for all domestic and overseas affiliates;● Managing various industry funds and M&A funds, with main role as GP to set up fund structure and raise funds through LPs;● Establishing and expanding relationship with financing partners, including but not limited to commercial banks, investment banks, securities brokerage firms, trust, fund, insurance companies and asset management companies;● Studying, designing and promoting financing structure, including project debt financing, equity financing, debt issuance (domestic corporate bond and overseas corporate bond), fund launching, trade finance and share pledge financing, etc.;● Responsible for management of public-listed shares and implementing share pledge financing (including 2 public listed A shares, 2 public listed Hong Kong shares, 1 NYSE share and 1 public listed Singapore share); ● As member of Group M&A Risk Control Committee and Group Investor Relations Committee, issuing independent opinion from financing and treasury perspective, and voting for conclusion;● Directly managing debt portfolio of RMB 15.7 billion comprised of RMB 0.86 billion domestic debts and USD 1 billion overseas debts).

 Assisting the Chairman to establish and improve the management system and organizational structure of the group's Finance Department, Treasury Department and Legal Department, and standardize the functional rights and responsibilities of each post;  Assisting the Chairman to daily manage the group's Finance Department, Treasury Department and Legal Department; Participating in the decision making process regarding matters related to finance, treasury and legal;  Coordinating and centralizing the reporting to Board Chairman from Finance Department, Treasury Department and Legal Department, and reviewing all the applications for aforementioned matters.

● Fomulating 3 to 5 year's forecast based in long term strategy planning● In charge of company’s annual budget control and FP&A● Responsible for assessing whether to open or close stores or not, capital expenditures, and important business strategy alteration in China● Regarding the introduction of strategic investors in mobile phone business, calculating and forecasting profit and cash flows and liaising the CFO to negotiate with potential strategic investors on future profit sharing

● Responsible for financial due diligence of the potential transactions covering media advertising industry, chemical industry, mechanics industry, steel industry, energy industry and retail industry● Reviewing and assessing the acquired target’s reporting line, internal control and corporate governance● Conduct of financial statement analysis, evaluation of the acquired target’s profit model, status and potential, and identification of profit motives and key operating risks

● Assessment of internal auditing and risk for public-listed customers in Hong Kong and USA according to applied laws and regulations
