As one of oversea sales, mainly responsible for Europe regional customers, exceeding the target of KPI distributed by the company.1. Developing new customers, establishing new customers files and clear target customers through exhibition, market research, Email and phone calls. * Analyzing product lines, product positioning, price positioning, marketing channels and yearly, quarterly and monthly sales volumes of products. * expanding 2-3 customers of local European brands successfully at least per year and keeping a good cooperation as long term cooperation.2. Visiting the regular customers two or three times each year, to stable customers relationship . * Following the sales of goods every week and every month, assist client to arrange the sales plan together. * Promote the new product to reach the product line, assisting customers in marketing and adjusting the strategy of sale.3. Attending in some main communication exhibition in Europe such as MWC, IFA and Cebit; take part in the Hong Kong fair in spring and autumn twice each year, also try to analyze and collect the marketing information and competitors.4. Completing business negotiation of customers with intention to orders; the personal performance is more than 50% of sales of company every year.5. Coordinating the executive condition of every project and customizing demand.6. Supporting by providing some technical and after-sale work
