Select the measurement points of LEVEL2,4 as the special characteristics.2， Checking fixture confirmation: create the technical specification for checking fixture (specify the general specification: including checking fixture design, checking fixture manufacture, checking fixture buy off and checking fixture package and ship). The buy off for the checking fixture from supplier (design buy off and checking fixture buy off). And after the buy off, create gauge instruction and train the operators how to use the checking fixture per the instruction.3， Selection of special characteristic, create and check control plan, quality check standard, SPC report, MSA report and thinning report.4， APQP: Create the APQP procedure, in charge of APQP carrying out. And as for the 18 elements of PPAP, create the documents, collect all of the documents, confirm and train the relevant department for special requirements of some elements. Meanwhile I’m in charge of PPAP confirmation with STA and getting the PSW signed off.5， As for the suspect product which can’t be confirmed by internal judgement, I was responsible for submitting the deviation to customer, communicate with customer to make sure that reduce the loses to minimum.6， I can use the 5 core tool manual experienced. 7， Have knowledge in TS16949, and after one year for the company set up, I help quality to experience the TS16949 audit. 8， The window with customer, and communicate with UK customer9， Technical guidance in the workshop10， Fluent English

The major work: Now I am primarily responsible for the major North American, South east Asia and European series models brake design and development of new products. I have become the person in charge of Federal Mogul（The world's top 500 enterprise Federal Mogul)program(Pep Boys\​ BBS\​Quick Stop\​CTC\​SEA). Working mainly includes:1, Product Status Confirmation; product designed, checked and submitted to customer; the connection with work instruction.2, package document designed per customer's requirements3, Creation, check and summit PPAP documents; audit for ppap documentation from supplier, ppap sample from supplier, and psw signed off. I’m experienced in APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA.4, Use the 5 core tool manual experienced.5, confirmation for first off from supplier; judgement for the suspected parts, and request for the corrective plan and action from supplier; follow the action.6, create the inspection specification for products7, as for the engineer change from supplier, customer or other departments, I was responsible for organizing the engineer change meeting to discuss and create the engineer change plan, and follow the progression of engineer until all of the relevant issues were closed.8, Technical tracking and guide for production, discuss with customer from American, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia for the technical issues. For the company's major and important product quality events, organize, coordinate and solve them.9, In technical engineer department, I have become the designer manager, and program team leader in technical engineer department, I can be in charge of the project independently from the project kicked off to the products shipped. I have a comprehensive understanding the various types of the brake pads (including drawing designed, technical document, package requirement and so on).10, I have knowledge in TS certification. I ever have been on behalf of the company to assist the supplier through the TS audit.

The major work undertaken: Develop product of car body in Shandong Wuzheng Group, mainly design and develop the vehicle electrical parts (including electrical parts, wiring harness, instrument panel, etc.), exterior body parts (hood, cab interior and exterior trim, fender, mirrors, etc.), after the new products into production, I provide technical service for the workshop and improve the design of parts of some products. The usual specific work included: design two or three dimensions drawings for the new products,Draw up and modify the parts list ,draw up and hand out the technical Paper, try new product and provide technical services for Workshop, improve and change assembly process, track record of product testing process ,etc, and participate in the Company's various technical training and learning. After nearly two years of work and continuous learning, not only master the drawing software of CAXA and UG, more importantly, accumulated rich experience in product design drawings, through the learning process of how to design and manufacture components, greatly improve my ability to optimize the design. Due to the Work in body design, have a certain understanding of sheet metal stamping, steel welding and forming mold material and other aspects , besides ,for the management work needs, I received the training of the product database management system (PDM). During the past two years, I’m engaged in a series of mechanical design and product development work ,and I’ve accumulated some experience in doing some other similar mechanical design and manufacturing, product development.
