Job Description: The electrical control system of washing machine is made of main controller part and control panel part and a lot of wire harness, which are took charge by a lot of in different group and department. As a control system project manager, who need to choose and estimate supplier with purchasing department and quality department and supply chain department, and then assure related material can be offered by supplier on time based on project’s schedule. Besides, who also need to make a detailed schedule for managing complex work well, and maintain BOM in Teamcenter and need to be responsible for sending code out. Meanwhile, the control system project manager also need to work with project manager and test team leader together, and discuss and solve problems in project with colleagues in Germany.

Job Description: Had a business trip to MCBEE from 2010.4 to 2010.5 for handing over project’s data and got ready for UL certification data。I had a business trip to India in 2011.11 for supporting India project. I am mainly responsible for these controllers of commercial electrical heating water and commercial gas heating water and heat pump heating water and India electrical heating water project, which including software and hardware. In work, first analyze all features from marketing, and then start to design schematic and layout and write specification. Meanwhile, also tracked the progress of producing PCBA and start to write code. At last, debug software and test whole controller. Used MC9S08AC family’s MCU to achieve the controller’s hardware platform for HPHW. Always use America habit to write code and use UL Class B standard to design hardware.
