Current¬ Operations: Set up Beijing office, develop and implement Internal management strategies to recruit, training, retain and support young travel consultants with a can-do attitude for fast track career development ready to serve our clients with professionalism and efficiency. ¬ BD: Negotiate specific agreements with both domestic and foreign partners and execute those engagement plans to develop the business on a global scale. Network to expand customer base. Oversee various projects to minimize client loss during the process. ¬ Marketing: Push new ideas into our social media campaign, organize offline events, promote own business & source solutions at various travel exhibitions. Travel to multiple destinations when needed.
