CurrentI am responsible for overseeing engineering activities and keeping the lab running smoothly.Hire, coach, and mentor engineering teams to develop pollution control equipment and functionality, and provide secondary product support. Ensure the engineering team is able to operate independently while integrating into Brooks Engineering infrastructure and processes.Manage project budget and resource planning.Responsible for the on-time, quality and cost delivery of engineering projects.Manage laboratory projects and engineers to ensure normal laboratory operations and improve utilization, and be responsible for capital expenditure and operating expenditure planning. - Independent FOUP AMC metrology tool (PuroSense) development and support. - FOUP AMC analysis and intelligence software (PuroView) development and support.Taiwan laboratory project - Provide customer support for laboratory equipment CIP projects. - FOUP qualification program to support customers and FOUP suppliers. - FOUP cleaner ESG projects to save energy and water consumption
