Current1. Assist Sourcing Manager to source new supplier, based on RFI to judge if potential supplier can meet ADL’s qualification requirement, and select appropriate samples for RFQ. 2. Lead new supplier audit, and periodically re-audit incumbent suppliers. Maintain AVL up to date. 3. Lead supplier technical review for samples, assess supplier capability, according to review report, coordinate UK enginnering department to do technical confirmation or concession,guarantee supplier’s technical criterion & quality criterion to meet ADL engineering requirement, and harmonize standard between AP suppliers and EU suppliers.4. Support and monitor supplier to implement APQP or similar project development procedure.5. Lead new supplier introduction and NPI, review PPAP and sign PSW.6. Schedule and implement supplier process & product audit. 7. Set supplier KPI performance targets and morniter KPI. 8. Based on quality feedback from workshop and customers, release SCAR/8D report to supplier, ensure performability and effectiveness of CAPA. 9. Push supplier takes continual improvement to reinforce process capability 10. Lead crisis-management of all major suppliers according to related workshop and customer quality incidents. 11. Publish supplier yearly KPI performance reports, and develop supplier management strategies to phase out poor performance supplier.
