I'm operating a Pearson English training centre which is the biggest center in Shen Zhen area. Iˊm responsible for centre sales and service operation and managing 5 teams with over 30 staffs.-Hire, train and coach on sales team.- Manage and evaluate staffs performance through oberservation, performance review and daily sales meeting.-Coach and deveoping managers. Successfully deveoped one Acting centre derictor, one deputy centre derictor and 2 team leaders in one and half year.-Setting up the achieveable and reasonable sales target based on resources. The main responsibility is supporting the operation team with training and tracking the sales performance.
