Through the logistics direction and amount to arrange the logistics resource.b) Combining logistics addressing, network, customs and tariff plan to design the global logistics network.Design the logistics mode for Subsidiary Corporation located in USA, Europe, Japan, Australia.Design the logistics mode formanufacture plants located in China, Malaysia, India, Vietnamand so on.Design the logistics mode for inter-company.4. Plan and build LONGi's import and export, inland logistics network.a) Inbound logistics, For small scale and multi-batches material, integrate multi-suppliers' material in the same area, through the logistics consolidationcost advantage to realize cost down.b) LCL consolidation service for Chinese suppliers export to overseas manufacture plant including LONGi in Malaysia Kuchin and OEM in Vietnam. Integrate multiple suppliers' goods by LCL Buyer Consol mode that use one B/L, but customs clearance by separate supplier to complete the cost down.

Manage LONGi’s processing trade including bonded raw material, semi-finished product, finished product, defective goods, leftover material and remaining material.a) Build regime, process and SOP separate none bonded, bonded materials/parts from each other. Separate different bonded materials/parts which come from different Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy areas from each other.b) Balance Customs account, warehouse account and finance account and monitor unit loss for processing trade.c) Manage registration, processing trade manual application, transfer and verification on so on.2. As Xi’an Customs Coordinator Enterprise and Xi’an Customs Special Supervisor, I have a good communication with Xi’an Customs. Unite Customs supervision policy with companies’ actually commercial experience. Following the Customs compliance, work with Xi’an Customs to make integrated solution allowing for Customs, foreign exchange verification, export refund and logistics to create the most benefit for company.a) Master the EPZ work process and transaction. Have sufficient operation and manage experience in Shen Zhen EPZ and apply them to LONGi’s processing trade work.b) Manage LONGi Group’s import/export and Customs. Design different manage mode and process for different Customs supervision mode including general trade, processing trade, temporarily import/export, fixing goods, return and replacement and so on.c) Lead LONGi Group’s AEO certification work. Complete Customs Senior Certification Enterprise for LONGi Xi’an, LONGi Yinchuan, LONGi Ningxia. Complete Customs Gerneral Certification Enterprise for LONGi Taizhou, LONGi Lerri.3. Lead LONGi Group’s Customs team. Manage all the customs work.a) Strictly control the incorrect customs declaration rate. 一．联想全球物流费用端到端单公斤物流费用率（Rate per Kilo简称RPK）系统平台开发项目（简称WW RPK项目）经理。1.建立联想第三方物流发票审核系统与WW RPK项目的数据对接规则，以形成实际的RPK。2.建立联想第三方物流合同数据与WW RPK合同主表的数据对接规则，以形成合同RPK。3.建立联想第三方物流合同运费项目名称与WW RPK项目运费项目名称的数据对接规则。4.建立实际RPK和合同RPK的对比规则，并通过细化的各个运费项目名称发现引起差异的运费项目。5.整合各分段的RPK形成发货地至物流运抵目的国家的端到端RPK。6.编写程序实现联想第三方物流发票审核系统数据对接WW RPK的自动化。7.建立业务管理机制，使WW RPK从生成、核对到发布形成完整的流程。8.基于WW RPK数据源，以Xcelsius为开发平台创建水晶报表工具，多维度地展示端到端RPK的变化趋势、运费组成、合同价比较等信息。二．物流费用预提归集项目计算方法规则制定。1.与物流支持部合作改变各区域不同物流费用预提方法的现状，统一欧洲中东及非洲大区内各区域的物流费用预提方法。2.中东及非洲区物流费用预提规则制定及预提。3.欧洲中东及非洲大区海运物流费用分摊至西欧区、东欧区、独联体区、中东及非洲区规则制定及预提。4.与新业务单元“移动互联数字家庭”相关部门合作制定物流费用预提规则；满足其物流部对物流费用多角度需求；参与其对供应商的选择，并对物流费用、电子数据交换对供应商提出具体要求并为其物流费用进行预提。5.对以上工作与相应部门（物流区域操作、区域物流财务、全球物流财务、“移动互联数字家庭”物流）建立业务管理机制，使之从生成、核对到发布形成完整的流程。6.真实账单与预提对账调节，找出差异原因。7.编写程序自动化生成预提物流费用，节省4人每人8小时共计32小时的工作量。8.为北美区域物流费用预提数据源RPK编写程序实现自动化，节省1人每人16小时共计16小时的工作量。三．培训讲师工作。1.在部门层面上对Excel和Xcelsius工具的应用进行培训。2.在跨部门层面上对联想物流网络进行培训。

一．进出口部设备组主管。1.带领团队完成设备的备案工作；基建物资、办公用品和临时进出区物品清关工作；国内进口设备和国外进口设备清关工作；旧设备的国外及香港检验检疫工作；货物报关报检现场操作业务。2.部门每月物流费用和各项费用的预提工作；应对生产计划的变动向供应链计划部及采购部提出物流服务等级转变的建议并计算物流费用的差异。二．EIMS系统开发进出口部项目负责人。缮制系统功能说明书。对所有部门需求者进行培训。1.实现了与进出口部门相关申请和审批的电子化。2.导入进出口日常基础数据，生成各种报关文件、相关资料、统计报表等。3.贸易管制约束功能；事件提醒功能。三．易拓、开发工厂迁址及旧设备转厂项目进口部负责人。泰国新加坡旧设备转厂项目进口部负责人。1.旧设备现场盘点；进口旧机电备案；配合检验员对旧设备进行装运前检验；旧设备进口。2.经过对在香港检验产生费用与在泰国新加坡本地检验产生费用比较后提出起运地检验计划。为公司节省80万美金。3.配合工程计划部制定旧设备转厂计划与日程表，并实时向各部门总监及工厂总经理汇报跟踪计划。4.配合日立环球存储产品、易拓科技、长城开发、日立环球存储科技泰国分公司的工程计划部、工程部、财务部等确认进口旧机电备案信息。5.配合中国检验有限公司、中国检验认证集团新加坡分公司检验员对旧设备检验，介绍设备功能及相关问题，确认以上信息准确并保证其出具准予起运报告。6.于香港仓库现场指导与监督设备开包及重新打包和设备装运积载配载过程，现场确认货物的各项信息，确保报关资料准确。7.为各部门提供其所需要的信息。向财务部提供各个设备的各项物流费用，使其资本化，向厂务部提供各个设备的重量、体积、底面积等信息，使其对厂房进行相应改造，向仓库提供各个设备的重量、高度等信息，使其安排装卸公司进行卸货。四．“送牛奶”路线项目主要操作人。1.国内料件供应商采用DDU贸易方式交货。本公司车队或合同运输公司负责运输进口货物及退回反转包材。2.综合考虑所有供应商所处地理位置（苏州、无锡、广州、东莞（黄江、长安）、惠州、深圳（松岗、科技园））制定线路。利用日立环球存储的合同运输公司以多家供应商货物拼车方式负责进口货物及退回反转包材，并承担运费。3.国内料件供应商采用DDU (Carriage Unpaid)贸易方式交货，并降低物料价格。评估购买物料所节省钱与负责运输所负担运费的差额判断项目可行性。4.选出评估可行的供应商进行试点。每月跟踪节省金额。最终确定线路和供应商。五．服务等级控制项目主要操作人。 仓库实地获取各个料件的包装信息（毛重、包装体积、数量）。比较单板料件的空运费用与海运费用，从而从运费的角度决定一种料件采用空运运输抑或海运运输；对采用海运运输的料件，计算确定采用FCL抑或LCL。以物流部的专业知识改变了运输方式的选择完全由采购部决定的状况。对特殊的需要，设计了服务等级控制流程来进行控制。六．熟悉进出口部多岗位业务：国外料件进出口、国外设备（反转包材）进（区内结转）出口及维修、国内料件进口及退换、国内设备进口、进出区、成品进出口、料件成品设备备案核销、进出口通关（海关、检验检疫）现场操作、进出口海关检验检疫相关政策研究、部门预算制定及各种统计报表呈递、海关检验检疫关系维护。七．SGA项目负责人。以小组的组织形式，运用项目管理的方法针对业务上的质量改善机会，寻求解决方案并加以实施。与进出口部同事实现报关单删单率从6%降低到1%。
